Happy to give credit when and where due. I encountered a severe problem with a data cable of my NCDMV Emission analyzer. The suggested repair agent was over 24hrs away at best and is always very costly. Thank goodness I went with my first instinct and called GUTHRIES PC. This machine is security sealed by DMV and I needed it now. The money lost could be around $400.00 to $1100.00 per day. The prompt same day service of an intentionally altered cable which is designed to make you by from a specific special supplier did not stop Guthries. I was up and running within 3 hrs. The fast service in my emergency was a blessing for my business and sets a high standard for others to compete with. This service was of value beyond my bill, which was 70% less than even the service charge of the company that called me back the next day.
